It's Friday. I'm in Love. {With Vintage Cameras}

At our wedding reception we had a little camera "bar" where our guests took turns snapping shots throughout the night. That happy occasion gave me a quick start to my growing vintage camera collection — to which I've recently added a Polaroid Land model —and now I can't stopping hunting for more on Etsy. There are some beautiful photos out there featuring these age-old babies, and I am seriously in love. :)

  1. I'm not a photographer by a long shot! But these cameras r so pretty! I don't know if it's the styling of the photos, but the colors make me swoon! Gorgeous post!!

  2. I still have a little Ansco camera I got for Christmas when I was in the fifth grade -- in the early 60's. The flash attachment is one of those big round silver things that you put a bulb in. It's a little rusted unfortunately, but I used it for years and loved it. You have some beauties!

  3. I adore all of these cameras. I've started collecting a few vintage cameras myself, and found a Polaroid Land Camera, circa '77. It was brand new in the box for $3! Finding film and flash cubes on Ebay was a bit more than I would have liked to spend. But I just have to try this camera. I'm saving the film for something really special. And I guess we'll just see how it goes. It's like a thrift experiment!
