So I'm taking the liberty of pulling some old images from my files, and this one immediately popped into my head when I read that today's theme is "skyline." I know it's technically suppose to show towering downtown buildings and whatnot, but those don't exist in Joshua Tree State Park, where we went camping almost 5 years ago this month with all our friends in California. We'd all been living out there for a little over a year at this point, the guys had grown spectacular mustaches for Memorial Day, and right after I took this picture I went to sit in that empty chair on the left, stared at the setting sun with my buds and it was great. So there, even deserts can have skylines. :)
