As some of you know, this weekend was the Indie Craft Revolution Show at Mad Art Gallery in the city, and it was also the debut of Holly, my new mobile business venture for Parsimonia. But before I show some pictures of this amazing weekend, I want to give a big thanks to Kate, who very graciously let Holly park on the curb during the show; to the hubs, who did so, so, so much work on top in his already busy schedule to help restore the trailer; and my mom, who wallpapered a very tricky curved wall and helped me organize and stock inventory before the show. I am so lucky to have such a great family that has supported this dream of mine, and I'm so excited to see where it goes! (Haha, I feel like I just gave an award-acceptance speech!)
So, without further ado, here are some shots I snapped the past two days...
I also got to meet some of you blog readers, which was such a treat; catch up with some of the girls I've gotten to know during my time in the craft show circuit (particularly Miss Chelsie, the ridiculously talented lady behind Fable and Lore, who has the cutest style and the nicest smile); and make new friends, like Lisa, owner of The ReTrailer, who also has an amazing vintage trailer store stocked with her own tea and spice blends.
Holly's next stop will be at the Soulard Market Park Arts and Crafts Show this coming Saturday. So if you're in town, I'd love to see your shining face! :) And don't forget to follow her @ShopParsimonia to stay up to date on where we'll be in the months to come!
